I was happy with hotel's unbeatable location near the convention center. The breakfast had lots of options, including muffins and toast. Appreciated the king room I had with muffins. In general the staff were affable and helpful.

Outstanding service and comfy bedrooms. I loved that a microwave oven, coffee & tea making facilities and a refrigerator were provided in the queen room. Staff always were so caring! It was good to have soft drinks in the pool bar. Very scenic location, relatively close to an expanded museum.

Got convenient room on the third floor. All staff was really friendly, resolved my issues. The early check-in process too. Very nice experience there.

I appreciated the chic-style building, silent room. I slept so comfy in the fine bed. Neat place and fantastic service. Strategic location, really close to - Opry Mills Mall and restaurants, nonetheless the area was really noisy. The outdoor bar was nice with some delicious food.

Enjoyable overall experience. Loved how pristine the property was. The staff was EXTREMELY FRIENDLY, courteous service. The room was non-smoking, great sized, and had basic amenities. The hot drinks in music bar were very welcome. The airport was 9 miles away from here, optimal location.
